Great place to stay, staff is really nice and helpfull :) specially Piumi, who was very attentive and helped us with everything during breakfast :) they make us feel like home even been in from to an airport. The food is good and the rooms are confortable

Would definitely stay here again. The staff was so warm with us, the room pretty comfortable and we loved the breakfast and food in general. Piumi helped us a lot during breakfast, she is a really nice person! We had to go to the NEC 5 days in a row and this was pretty near to it.

I had the pleasure to stay in Novotel , the rooms are amazing, clean and comfortable. The reception staff very helpful too. Delivery food in the restaurant and amazing cocktails in the bar. Many thanks to Piumi for being so attentive and welcoming, she made my stay even better than I expected. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Food was delicious and the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Place very clean, quiet with a comfortable atmosphere. Good choice of meals, with some daily specials and tasty desserts. Nice drinks and beverages. Tasty wines and beers.
